Starbucks Non-Coffee Menu Explained
Want to order a Starbucks drink without coffee, but not sure where to begin?
Starbucks actually has many drinks that are not hot coffee, iced coffee, cold brew coffee or espresso.
In fact, there are at least 45 Starbucks non-coffee drinks listed on the regular menu.
Besides coffee, you can get Starbucks drinks like a Strawberry Acai Refresher, Chai Tea Latte or Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino.
This means there are lots of options for non-coffee drinkers or anyone steering clear of java.
Overall, when you compare the number of drinks on the regular Starbucks menu that don’t have coffee in them to all the coffee and espresso drinks, there are more drinks with no coffee than with.
Luckily, Starbucks makes it easy to find all the drinks besides coffee. Just skip over the hot and cold coffee sections of the menu.

Refreshers are absolutely not coffee drinks, even though the source of caffeine is technically unroasted coffee beans.
They have zero brewed coffee in them and don’t taste like coffee at all.
Currently, Starbucks has three varieties of Refreshers: strawberry acai, mango dragonfruit and pineapple passionfruit.
It’s also popular to combine them with lemonade or coconut milk.

- Vanilla Crème
A steamer is nothing more than flavored steamed milk topped with whipped cream.
A steamer never has tea or coffee in it—just milk, syrup and toppings!
Sometimes, this hot drink is simply called a crème or syrup crème.
Even though the year-round menu only lists plain steamed milk and vanilla crème, don’t think those are the only flavors you can get.
A Starbucks steamer can literally be made with any flavor syrup they have on-hand.
During the holidays you can even get steamers like a Chestnut Praline Crème or Caramel Brulee Crème.
Speaking of milk, you can also get cold milk or chocolate milk at Starbucks. The barista can make it in a Starbucks cup or they also have individual milk boxes in the refrigerator case.
